ok, i'm guilty as charged!

I have been writing and recording if ya'll get a chance check out 2 new songs I posted on my player a couple of weeks ago "Katie" an original and "Europa" a cover! I started a new original last weekend but wasn't able to record vocals because I have been sick as a dog the past 2 weeks. This cold is hard to shake especially with all the rag weed blooming. I am playing 2 gigs this weekend. One with Mission Imposter Sat. and one with Wiseguy Sun. I prolly won't get the new original complete until the following weekend! As soon as it is finished I'll post it!

yeah, i've got a few new ones too that i'm introducing to my bluegrass band. i need to do some rough demos for them. if y'all aren't nice to me i might just have to put some of them up for your listening (dis)pleasure.

and jeff, i'll see your two gigs this weekend and raise w three!

jazz on fri....bluesy acoustic folk rock saturday afternoon, and straightup country and some blues saturday night at Midway Truckstop.

i LOVES me some crop rotation!

Amen Scotty! Problem is half the music related posts turn into arguments also so what's the point? I'm working on two projects for other people right now. One is a hardcore/metal project and the other a country/bluegrass project. Neither would interest anyone on this site.

i have to disagree. on most of the music threads when it's about our own music at least....i think most keep it above board and keep the cheap shots to a minimum.

as for anyone's lack of interest in your projects....i'm not a big fan of hardcore/metal but i'm always ready to check out anyone's music that they deem worthy of a listen. as for your other project....i play bluegrass regularly and have done so for some time (see the post just two posts above your's)....so don't assume no one would be interested in checking it out.

But I'll join in on the topic change ~ I have a show on Dec 6th I'm preparing for. Should be a good show. My band is on just before the headliner! Woot! Now if I can just find a drummer that can drum in-time, go figure lol.
