What does this incident have to with liberalism? The owner leased the property to the squatter but later had to evict her because the house was not up to code. The owner then left for a year, and when she returned the squatter was still living there. This is a simple legal matter, nothing more.

Liberalism has to do with it because thats not what happened Jimmy! The lady purchased the house and left town when she got back home she found this woman had BROKEN into her home changed the locks and is claiming the house to be hers! Liberalism comes into play when folks like yourself (Jimmy) defend a CRIMINAL! Are you IGNERNT? (I mispelled that on purpose)

I never heard that. Link or it didn't happen.

The last two lines of the story:
We're told Peterson leased the house to tenants in 2010, including this alleged squatter, but had to evict everyone when it was found not fit to live in.

We're also told the alleged squatter filed papers with the city claiming the property was abandoned.

yeah this looks like poor communication + legal red tape

The "squatter" is/was a renter who refused to leave, and pulled a lot of legal strings to stay, and since the owner was MIA for a year, was none the wiser. Maybe the owner should watch her property a little more closely and maybe this wouldn't have gone down like it did.

Also, nearly ALL landlords at one time or another deal with evicting tennants who refuse to leave a residence. This is the cost of doing business if you wish to be a landlord.

No surprise this is a FOX news story..

I do not hear anything in Richard Kimball's message (votesmart.org) that is out of harmony with any principle I see espoused on world net daily, or other sites desiring truth be told about any and all candidates and the goings on in Washington, DC and around the nation.
