Don't eat or drink there!
Inspection findings Inspection Date Type Disposition
Critical. No thermometer provided to measure temperature of food product.
Critical. No drainboards or equivalent provided for soiled items and/or air drying cleaned items.operator has racks to place over 3 bay sink took down to paint wall.
Critical. No chemical test kit provided when using chemical sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine.
Critical. Bathrooms not enclosed with tight-fitting, self-closing doors.
Critical. No handwashing sign provided at a handsink used by food employees.all hand sinks
Wall not smooth and easily cleanable.kitchen.operator states he is going to paint.
No Heimlich maneuver sign posted.
Critical. Manager lacking proof of Food Manager Certification.has 60 days from license inspection.
Critical. No proof of required employee training provided. All public food service establishments must provide the division with proof of employee training upon request, including, but not limited to, at the time of any division inspection of the establishment.has 60 days license inspection.

wait..that might not work since i won't be able to judge effectiveness of preventive microwaving as i see:

ALL EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS UPON RETURNING FROM THE RESTROOM. lol
