I never ever used needles for illicit drugs, But if I do get C-hep, I'm gonna go to the free hospital That I have been paying for all my life, and tell them to send me a bill

I had lots of other recreational choices, none involved needles!

Although it is the most common, there are other ways to catch it besides needle usage.

I tested positive for that but luckily my doctor has known me a long time. He said the govt and the insurance companies preferred not to do further testing from that point but that he had ordered further tests anyway.

Of course I then turned up negative. (my wife with her usual trusting nature had pitched a fit already)

Now I wonder how many poor fools are taking all that horrible med and the social opprobrium that can go with it, just because govt and insurance companies are satisfied with superficial tests?

Moral: if you test positive insist on more tests!
