I joined up with Rodney and Scott to play guitar/piano,
there utube videos have took off, so they are putting a
band together to go on the road and promote it.
Scott the bass player played all the instruments on the CD,
and me and the drummer are starting to get the hang of
their tunes. We sound better each time we play together.
Here it is "She's Crazy" over 400,000 hits on utube.

Cool. Are you replacing the chick or the guy? The music's not bad, not crazy about the vocals but it's not my thing so my opinion doesn't really count.

Nobody's playing in the video, the bass player Scott,
played all the instruments on the CD, I'm the guitar
player. Thanks Jimmy

is MR. JENSEN an actor too, or is that really MR. JENSEN? the way I understood you is, that nobody on the film is an actual player? but just used for the film promotion?

Lee you should be able to dig into that guitar man, pretty good riff, plenty of crunch.
I dont think the hits are because of the music, but because of the video.
I mean I wouldnt go out and buy this, but heck, Lee may be touring the country so go for it!

Thanks for the responses Chaeya, and JW.
John I'm not sure what the hits are from, the other
video was made in the rehearsal studio, and it's got
over a 100,000 hits. The bass player is extremely talented
in many areas that I'm weak in, so I hope to learn
everything he knows. When I decided to join them it
was because you just can't argue against 400,000 hits.
It's coming together fast, they tell me were going to be a
total indie band, no labels at all.
Once again thanks.

Lee that type of guitar style will suit you from things you have posted here, plus its dirty nasty tone.
I wish you luck, i guess indie is the way to go these days if you know what you are doing.
As you learn more on thier approach you might share what they are doing to generate the hits in the future just for others on here.
Its a cool low dollar video, now the deal is to figure out a way to make some money off of it. Show me the money!

I like the singer. Cool vids. It looks like you found a good ready to go band that could be a lot of fun.

There are a lot of methods to increase the number of hits for a video, just Google it. 400,000 hits does not necessarily mean 400,000 people watched it. There are tricks you can use with tags, the title, even the username of the uploader. Sounds like the bass player is pretty crafty, he played all the instruments in the video and has marketing knowledge.
