"the worst thing that could happen, is the best thing that could happen."

if we entertain this proposition realistically ( though there is no rational reason anyone should), what do we find?

A) no foreign government can issue orders to police and or military inside the US, the US can and might , but the UN? that's a laugh.

B) The blue helmets have never succeeded in enforcing it's various idealistic mandates anywhere, at all, ever.
C) let us count up all the wars the UN is currently losing, ( start in africa and you'll busy the rest of the week.)
Do they really think they might finally win one here?
D) I think a disarmament war on US soil would be very popular, and make great TV
E) The UN is a talking shop, it will always be a talking shop, no one will ever fear the UN ( kind of like the internet.)

You should at least know what you are posting Paperdog. In this video that you posted http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FyfkQkchlu4&feature=share from inowars.com, about 2/3's of the video is recounting the details of disarmament in the aftermath of Katrina. Your buddies at Blackwater (Xe Services or what ever they have changed their name to by now) went down to New Orleans and deployed and helped to disarm the locals ... a free sample of what they can do for AMERICA!
Now that they got all them ex-South African military working on their team, they will be ready to help do what the highest bidder thinks needs to be done here on American soil.

Vinny Thanks for the recap...I 'was kidding' about watching the video... Katrina was declared a national state of emergency. Did you know that at least 5 officers of the NOPD were charged with looting? If I recall, One of them was also charged with a weapons assault. (Meaning he/she pointed a gun at an unarmed civilian, while on duty as a looter)

Crooked cops are nothing unique to NOPD , look at the antics indulged in by NYPD or LAPD cops, like selling guns and drugs from evidence lockers for instance ... but the pros from Blackwater did not get caught looting, because unlike them cops, they get paid very very well.

If they just intend to create dysfunction and bloody mayhem, the will send in some blue helmets ... but if they really want to take away your guns they will send in Private Military Companies to do the work ... highly trained and best equipped alpha males many with loads of previous experience in disarming urban populations. You don't ever see UN blue helmets being allowed to provide security for anybody important ... they only trust the most sensitive work to highly paid mercenaries.

A: Set up a lemonade stand at your own house and franchise more booths in the neighborhood

More intell can be derived by intercepting requests for services, than would otherwise surface, if no serveices were thought to exist.

A: The UN might take to funding many of its operations through the sale of Condoms. The blue Helmet is just a form of branding. The presence of nets would imply a faulty condom... so they choose to not include them in the branding.
