We played at The Bourbon Street Bar back in June a booking agent was there. I guess we should start putting up the banner so at least they will get our name right! It's supposed to be Mission Imposter. They called us Project Imposter LOL! Well I'll have to post the article when I get home I can't get into photobacket from here.
Actually if you expand the show more below the youtube video you can see what they wrote in the article!

Below is part of our performance Barry was unhappy with the white walls behind us because it washed out the lighting effect!

You Guys sound very tight ! "WHeel in the Sky" Very very impressive.
You can comment to that guy directly (on utube comments) and correct him about the Project imposter. SInce that's a static description: He can go in an change it on the fly.

I admit to being shocked when the vocalist stepped to the mic. I just didn't expect his voice to be in that range.

The drums sounded dominant on my speaker bar. Did you mention that on another post somewhere?

Yes thats what my wife says whom this sound man trained about 7 years ago. She has A VERY GOOD EAR for mixing a band and balanceing them in an unbiased way! You can't hear my guitar in the mix the way I would like it to be.

god, I'm thinking about renting a building and hiring Mission Imposter and charging 6 dollars at the door... three or four kegs, and a little security to keep it peaceful and I see myself as the next Bill Graham raking it in with a new found scheme..

we are starved for venues here MR.HALEY, the Town House(CLOWNHOUSE) closed years ago, Ramone's closed years ago and nothing to replace them..these were dynamite music entertainment hubs and now gone.. heard Gravy's is close to shutting down too...

Thanks Guys! Dane I am sorry for some of the things I said to you a while back during some heated discussions! I have felt bad about them for sometime now! All you guys are entitled to your political views! Dane I have to say I have a TON of RESPECT for you and you are a BETTER man than I! I HUMBLY ask you to forgive me! All you folks are good Peeps!

Too bad some of you guys don't have better venue's in which to show off your TALENTS! I am not trying to rub anyone's nose in anything by saying that there are LOTS of places to play here! The only point I want to make with this is that's how bad the economy is in your area people just don't have the money to go out and socialize! It is BOOMING here and I am not going to place blame on the President for it.

Jeff,

That was nice. Same with the drummer being a bit loud and your guitar being too low in the mix when you were taking a ride. That Strat and amp are a good match. Nice tone! Your band is worth going to see. Can't say that about a lot of bands that I have heard play live.

You could have posted that vid as "White Guys Can't Dance" Maybe some meds would help him keep his arms from flailing about while he's doing those hot moves. :)

Haley you guys sound great as always.

What sticks out to me most is that you and the bass player look like your having a great time, as long as you are having fun.

I think other bands that see this should take note of at least looking like you are having a great time, no matter whats going on behind the scenes.

I see so many bands that just look to serious to me, like they are fixing to pass gas or something, LOL!

Good Job, I love that song.
