Makes it hard, unless you can find some place in the middle to rehearse. One person's going to be spending 3 hours per rehearsal just driving. One of our guys has a 50-60 minute drive (worse if there is bad traffic) - got to be dedicated.
One option is to do long rehearsals on a weekend - even have the long-traveler stay overnight.

Its not that hard that is what I do with our band Mission Imposter! You just have to be SUPER ORGANIZED! I have been doing it for almost 2 years now. I love the guys I play with and we are starting to become a family!

yah, depends on who's who in your band.
I travel at least an hour to get to practice very Tuesday. Of course, I also commute about an hour one way every day for work, so I'm used to it. Question is, what about YOU? and your band-members? Personally, I'm the one with the long commute - everyone else only hast to travel 20 minutes, so someone will have to sacrifice somewhere to make it work.
Cheers!

Any one who puts that much effort in is a true diamond jewel, and worth returning the effort and goodwill in their favor. WOW, thats amazing.

Remember in Mr. Haley's case they have been together a long time and don't have toi rehearse much. Is this outfit a new one or have you been together awhile?
In the end, you have to decide with at least on criterion being "can you with the time available to you, do this?"
