I'm not sure about where he gets his info. But I was told by folk whom "been there done that but nobody is supposed to know" Hussein, whom is well documented for utilizing several chemical weapons against the Kurds in Iraq, moved all his WMD's into Syria when he was tipped off by the UN that the USA was on the verge of assault prior to the Gulf War.
Yes ... the UN informed by the leadership of our own Democratic party ...
They knew way before hand that there were no WMD's in Iraq. Because they had them moved behind George Bush's back.
We are led by sick power hungry Godless bastards on both sides of the isle ... and you will see UN tanks in American streets in your life time.
Laugh ... but remember you heard it here first.

You want to thionk twice before supporting the 'freedom fighters.' They are the Muslic Brotherhood / Al Queda.
Barrack the Swine has installed Muslim extremists in Tunisia, Egypt, and Lybia. Bush took care of Iraq.
Note: Christianity has been suppressed, or is being suppressed in all those places.
Assad may be a prick but he treats Christians decently. Barrack the Swine can't tolerate that. The 'Freedom Fighters' in Syria issued a proclamation demanding the Christians leave the country.
That bothers me. A lot.

I know, you know from you own experiences this kind of maneuver is nothing new. Was a favorite of Julius Caesar and Alexander the Great.
Hell even the Feared Mexican Drug Cartels ( Zetas ) sp? were established and trained by the CIA as an anti drug cartel army until they figured out there was more money being pro cartel.
Christian persecution has always been a sign of a State in self destruct mode. Syria will cease to exist in it's present format shortly. Look at our own government, we're selling out to the UN.
sh*t storm is coming to a town near you ...

Mike,,,, you may be ABSOLUTELY right.
The truth coming from the whole region is so twisted, that there may not be any truth.
What I know is that the same struggle is going on here, and most people are to stupid to duck the shells coming to kill them.
They are all smiling.

I'd laugh except it is serious.
I'm afraid Sans has the best handle on this whole mess. This isn't about Syria.
This is about control that goes way beyond what you see.

We always think the worst will happen.. I believe more moderate forces will rule the day in the Middle East. I'm hopeful the Arab Spring will result in a more peaceful world, not the opposite. A few years ago Israel went into Syria and destroyed Syrian WMD capabilities. Just as Israel wil go into Iran, perhaps soon and do the same. No, I'm hopeful. Not the other way around.

The reason we always believe the worst will happen is simple to understand by anyone who can see where this world is going. Because it always does, if you look at history. The Dems and RINOS are acting just like the rulers in Germany did before Hitler took complete control.
This disgusting slime that some call president wants America to go the same way.

There is some wisdom here Bob and I'm glad you brought it up.
I'd like to make a biblical point here if I might interject some history.
The early church, shortly after the Resurrection of Christ was localized primarily in the capital of Israel. And predominately if not totally consist of Jews. When Saul of Tarsus escalated his persecution after the stoning of Stephen, it seemed a horrible thing with many men women and children being murdered or imprisoned. However it forced the church to "seed" and growth was phenomenal ... Insane men, blinded by satan's lies have tried to stamp out the truth of Christ Jesus for centuries.
And each and every time the end result was net growth of the body of believers.
Talbot ... there is a reason for Christians to be expelled from Syria for which you and I are not privileged to know.

Christianity is a much tougher religion than most folks realize or wish to admit. in theory, you and I should both be willing to sacrifice our lives to save one who is perishing.
God plays rough - from our perspective. His view is eternal and we are more concerned with the next drink or good meal. Sometimes it seems like He is pretty mean but then I'm reminded of Job, who apologized to God for daring to second guess Him.
Strange universe. But stranger for those who are perishing I'm sure.
