The NAACP "National Association For The Advancement Of Colored People" is in Houston for their National Convention. The funny part is you have to show an I.D. to get into the convention, yet they are the ones fighting the Texas voter I.D. law and its recent passage in the Texas Senate! Liberal Hypocrites! :lol:

YOU have to show an I.D. to prove who YOU are in order to get into the convention! (They don't want conservative journalist sneaking in under false pretense)! They are phukin HYPOCRITES! Yep, unfortunately it's pretty typical. Sad but true.

It is raining buckets here in H-town. Anyone not familiar with this kind of rain 4" to 5" an hour is going to have a VERY BAD DAY! Houston is VERY flat land that is surrounded by lakes and rivers all flowing to the Gulf Of Mexico. When it rains that much especially during a high tide all that water just piles up on the streets. It has rained EVERY day since last Sat. the ground is saturated and all that water has NO WHERE to go! Me thinks a lot of folks not from Houston attending the NAACP convention Today are going to be soaked like drounded rats! Joe Biden is supposed to address the convention this morning!:lol:

Its starting to dry out a little hear some areas have had in excess of 14" of rain in the past 12 hours! Oh Yeah Bump! :wink:

Jeff, Everytime I lit a cigarette outside or 'had' to wait for the bus (and forgot my umbrella) , I got an inch of it poured on me in The Big H
