Frank was quite a card. Good video catch JW!
He even mentions his Alma Mater: Chaffey College. We both went through the same music theory courses, just 15 years apart. My prof had lots of "Frank Z" stories to tell. She said he was a very bright and gifted student... and a real PITA!

That was pretty good. You could see the mad scientist in him that early in his career.

Steve Allen was great. This must be the first-ever Zappa public appearance.
