Need Your Love So Bad- Wanna come out and play?

This is an online collaboration experiment to test the waters for future original projects. It is an old school blues tune in the style of Gary Moore. Klugmo expressed an interest in singing the lead vocal and I will see if I can do justice to the sweet Gary Moore lead guitar. We still need drums, Hammond B3, possibly rhythm guitar, bass, and possibly some bg vocals.

If you have an interest in playing on this and learning the process of online music collaboration, set up an account at Kompoz.com and contact me with your contribution here:

We will lay down a bunch of tracks and let the cream rise to the top. In the end we hope to have a quality finished product that will be professionally mixed and mastered. If it works well it will be the beginning of good things to come.

The next step is to lay down a sync tone, click track and guide track. Acoustic drums will be on the final mix for sure but an electronic drum scratch track might be useful now to get things going. Wanna??

the URL to your profile is at the top of your profile page. The URL in the browser you pasted goes to the generic profile page which uses your login-session to bring you to your own page - i.e., it won't work for people who aren't logged in as you.

The url will look like this:
kompoz.com/m/YourMemberName

and the song you chose was this?

Thanks Jams, fixed. I am still rooting around in that site and figuring things out. It looks like a pretty well set up format for this sort of thing. Looking forward to laying down some tracks.

Yes, that is the one. It has been covered by a dozen blues players I know of but Gary Moore's is a good one. I remember Peter Green used to play it with early Fleetwood Mac. Powerful.

I generated a sync tone for A major at 70 bpm - (the song is in A Major right?) I also started making a drum track for it though I'll need to improve on it a bit. I'll upload the track when I get it squared away.

Thanks Chris,
I appreciate all your input here to get this up and running as I am essentially a Kompoz.com virgin.

Chris,
It looks like A major to me with the guitar moving between major and minor pentatonic.
