Good question but how would you determine which is best?
I've done searches in the past usually for the freebies.
Wix.com has a free start-up and then you can get additional add-ons for a monthly/yearly fee.
The basic (free) set-up allows a variety of designs, an audio player, sell your music, post photos and i believe videos, bio etc... You set it up yourself.
I don't think it matters too much who you use... If it did everyone would be using the same. What matters is doing the things to draw attention to it.
My .02.

Doesn't matter much who hosts your site, the services and rates are all pretty much alike ($120-200 a year). Of course if you need additional services the cost goes up (i.e. if you need SQL Server or credit card processing).

What's wrong with BandVista? I use it with pretty good results!

That's the one I'm leaning towards, maybe I'll try it.

Hey, someone deleted my last reply to this thread - WTF?
All I did was point out that others here (Today) pointed out that the Bandvista sites don't let you point directly to them and also have many deadlinks right on the front page.
