Put it here I'll listen.

Having prospective customers or fans chase you music when you could just lay it at their feet is IMO poor marketing.

Really not trying to be a dick here but you asked for opinions.

And I'd truly like to hear your music here first .

You've got some good timbre to your voice, but I did notice a little pitch problem here and there. All and all not a bad place to be-tone is God given, pitch can be worked on. Nice guitar work. Keep it up! 8)

David,

Your voice sounds nice, I agree that you have moments when you stray from pitch when you are going ending a note or going up to a note, but control is a matter of practice and diaphragm control. Sometimes it is harder when sitting or playing at the same time.

I'm not a fan of covers, but you and the music sound good. I was confused on your website, I think that isn't written well. You live in Europe? You were once there? You go there regularly? I can't make heads or tales of it. I think it can be re-written in a way to make what you do sound more exciting and engage the reader.

I am sure if you can put songs on Reverb, you can add them to you bandmix site as well and do that page up nicely too.

Overall, you are pleasant to listen to and you seem to have a story to tell, it just needs to be more clear to interest your future fans....I am originally from Pittsburgh, so I am being fair and honest and not holding your WV homestate status against you...LOL, sorry, can't toss old habits!!
just teasing....
:D
Good luck.

Dbrowning,

Nice effort on the covers. IMHO

Route 66 needs a tempo boost... Because its a sharp/ curt Rythym/structure it necessarily calls for a stepped up momentum .

Blue Suede Shoes: Your vocal is holding back... One trick to get around this is to close your eyes and imagine a full arena... Try to reach the guy in the back with out breaking your vocal chords.

Your singing: I give it about a 6.5 out of 10. I look for the "story teller" in vocals. I didn't feel that you were 'there' about the story. That has a bearing on voice control and subsequent quality. Not saying we gotta be a Pavarotti, but one needs vocal control to be able to articulate the melody in a given song. I did not feel that you had enough control in the vocal.

Think "story telling" when you sing...It will make you stop and really examine how you control and deliver the melody. Practice makes perfect

Keep on rockin... The fact that you played a room is aweome ;)
