You really do need a thick skin to hang out here.

I tried to help him with a little advice from my musical / band search history.
But unfortunately he just seems to be one of those people whom always has an excuse.
You can cerebral - izes what must be done too long.
Consider fully, then act decisively.

I have to give him a BIG KUDOS for all he has done playing, keeping a band together, producing, etc.
