if I can't upload material anymore with my dial-up service then should I blame my ISP or BandMix?.. the tune I uploaded was done maybe 5 years ago, but I think since that time the quality of the dial-up service I use has waned...don't think it's NIS..

I googled "Dial up" and it came back with "Bwahahah"! Dont blame your ISP , get Broadband instead. The quality of your Dial up will continue to diminish as aliens continue to drop technology on us from the sky...

Good suggestion by Jahva. Dialup is almost useless for trying to share music - in the time it takes to upload/download a short MP3 song, there can be all sorts of glitches rendering the file no good.
