Gigs

We'll possibly be booking a bunch of gigs by this weekend. Saxman Stan is a great musician, contacted him right here on Bandmix. We'll probably have a new bandname decided soon. Jeff Wall, guitarist, is coming up with some great covers and starting to put together some originals. Mike Goldman, my longtime drummer friend, is also writing new originals.
A band can only get so tight in the basement. Gettng in front of people is the only way to move forward. Studio work is in the offing also. Maybe even put together a few Youtube vids.
IT'S TIME.

Once eveyone has learned the songs and their parts, it can get stale rehearsing and rehearsing to get everything tight to the last millisecond. Good luck with the gig bookings!

I've only had 2 rehearsals with the Beatles band so far, but looks like we we will be booked for a local TV show in July shortly. 1 hour of music, no cuts or interviews, just playing.

We're really ready to go in NOW but a few people don't think they are quite ready yet. They'll find out that a great studio technician will make them readier than they think.
