Very nice Paul! I played "Your Song" by Elton John at a wedding once, nerve racking but it was nice.

At the first I sang

At the second I sang

At the third I sang

I really enjoy doing it.

This video is a testament to your ear.
In that situation with those acoustics at that venue with no monitor.
You pulled it off respectivley. I could tell it was difficult and the lowering of key
probably would have made it easier. It was a little forced at points
but you are a trooper and I really respect you for those balls.
Country is not your true genre even though I know you love it. Without
an accent it comes off a little stiff. I do not have a Country accent and
have to adlib mine. Luckily I am and have been around Country people
a long time and am able to faux it.

That's a bunch of accurate observations. When I was in 5th grade I started listening to current country on the radio. My music teacher in elementary school got after me for developing a twang back then. Lol!
