Sad news Cancer.

I thought The Band were made out of gold. They weren't genre specific, they were music specific.

Levon was a damn clean drummer and a great singer / songwriter.

Adios, Levon

Talbot

Bummer.
I just recently seen his doc on the Midnight Ramble up in his home studio the Barn. Over the years it's been a star filled event where players would come to get back to their roots.
It was excellent if you ever get a chance...
watch it.
If you ever see the movie "Shooter" he plays Mr. Rate the wiley old arms expert. Just a cameo but funny.

Goodbye Levon, he's Pulling into Nazareth.

Is Robbie the only living member of the band left?
(Robbie still alive isn't he)
