Plugging along with three, bass, guitar, drums, looking to add a fourth (sax). Hopefully gig soon. Also working towards a CD. At least we're making progress. We've got some good new originals, can't wait to play them for people.

That sounds great Bob, good luck on the new project.

I wrote a blues song a couple of weeks ago and thought of you when I was writting it.

Cant wait to hear some of your new material!

What happened with that young guitarist you were playing with for a while, I thought those videos of you guys were pretty good.

Progress (any) is good!
Had 3rd practice with another guitarist last night, we've got a list of about 25 cover songs we've noodled with or can blast through with no thought, just need to tighten them up (or learn all the f*ing lyrics!) Once we've got 40-50 cover songs we can start working on 2-guitar versions of our originals. Going to see a friend's solo acoustic act tomorrow night - he always invites me up to guest with him for a few songs, hoping he'll invite us to do a couple of tunes during one of his breaks.

I'm ready to hear the music ... patience is a virtue.

Just not one of mine.

. Alexander Harrison is the young guitarist. He still plays around here occasionally. He enrolled in college. He has a whole new sphere of influence. He's got too much energy/ambition for an old fart like me. Helluva young player, he'll be famous one day, but most likely AFTER he gets his degree. We hooked up with another young guitarist. He's a little older, 32. Much more mature, settled down. Some of our tunes starting to sound good, really good. Hopefully adding sax next week
