THE EASTERN KY TALENT CONTEST DISCRIMINATES AGAINST EVERYONE OVER 35! I THINK THIS IS WRONG BECAUSE I KNOW PERSONS OVER 35 WHO CAN ROCK YOUR WORLD! I can stand on stage with the best of them and I will get the chance before long to do just that! Talent is ageless and the sooner they realize this the better of they will be! MISS KITTY

Its not the little shows like that...Its the promoters. I feel yer pain..but the reality is that anybody over 30 has a chance of once every 8 trillion tries... The last winner was Susan Boyle...She was not only over thirty, but there was absolutely not a single thing about her look and appearance that spelled 'publically viable face...' What saved her was the flawless voice she has...

Grace Slick had to bow out cause of health issue...but she was a hot RnR chick in her day. Stevie Nicks...same thing. I could go on... Sadly its not about the talent in most cases...its about selling sexiness... (via 20 year olds)

It's not just about your talent. It's about the package. People seek music for the total package. Is it frustrating to US older than prime? Absolutely.
