On my Profile, w/ Lyrics posted

This one is the Title Track to My CD :
"Homemade Remedies"

I had lots of fun and the vocals kicked my ass...had to redo them about 30+ times...to sustain 'in key'

Enjoy 8)

Over dub... Harmonies parts recorded through a mic onto separate tracks... Most took 3-4 tracks to cover dominants, sub dominants, etc. We could have done this with four singers on one track, but we didn't have the singers.

Wow Thanks Jeff... Actually The influence was more of the Traveling Wilburies (which you;ll be hearing more song with that kind of influence ...over the months as we continue) It really was not my intention to 'emulate" Harrison, but rather fulfill what that kind of song begged for, which just so happens to be a slide...and one that Harrison might have approached with... :)
Wait till you guys see the cover art for this CD. I have a piece called "El Catrin" which is a character, whom a very close artist friend of mine developed, before he passed away. When you see this painting, and you hear this song, it all fits together.. El Catrin is the king of all Troubadors, Snake oil salesman, Mariachi man and general insurance sales agent all rolled into one.

Ovation guitars give a smoother ride with the truck, the strings get a little dented but hey the thing didn't crack till someone put a wine bottle in the case and closed it. Now we buy wine in a box.

Of course this has nothing to do with Brain Chiggers aka snowflakes that were falling here in Memphis, or your great tunes. :D

Sounded good Dog (Homemade Remedies), I also
could hear a little resemblance to George in there,
or the Wilbury's. 8)
