Musician Forum - Band Discussion Board - BandMix

Looking for a drummer. We rehearse in Worcester at my home. We have a unique type of music going on. If anybody desires to play something different and be with a couple of guys who really enjoy music and originality this could be a good opportunity. The music is somewhere between Johnny Cash, Hank III, and Tom Waits meets blues meets country punk. We have a rehearsal space, free, have all the latest and greatest gear. Bass player uses upright bass and a couple others. We use resonator guitars and acoustic guitars, some baritone guitars which results in a unique sound. We're in the process of building a new studio as well. Warm comfortable place to play with beer and POT. We enjoy a buzz, but the music comes first. We are professionals when it comes to the music, but are a couple of jokesters too. We are about the music and not about bullshit. We let the music do the talking and we put a lot of effort into this. The missing piece to this is the drums. We have some of our songs with programmed drums to give an idea of what it would sound like.
