Look at Romney...He will Win (Bookmark this post) . Why? Well let's start by looking at what he wont do throughout his campaign...while his opponents will miss the point and do...throughout their campaign

If Yo want to win an election, yo simply must not advance your personal intentions:

1) Hunter: Points to Marriage definition, Right to life and their definitions
2) Ron Paul Points to Constitutional / Unconstutional practices and their definitions.
3) Newt Gingrich points to Economic practices and their definitions
4)Bachman points to Morals and their definitions...

5) Santorum..What does he point to? (Answer: Homogenous postion)
6) Romney...What does he point to (Answer: Homogenous postion)

More importantly, 5 & 6 aren't shoving definitions down everybody's throat...hence it is something they don't do in the campaign.

Freinds, If you want to be the president and get something done, here are some rules to consider:

1) NEVER state your real intentions...Instead, appeal to the people in terms of their immediate needs and desires and your agreement to help them . Once you get in office, abandon your promises for the real stuff that you truly intended. (Its how Obama succeeded )

2) Never cast your opinions on any issue, no matter how firmly positioned you are about some of the issues. In fact...Make every attempt to keep it a mystery... (Lends to great Campaign Dog & Pony )

3) Never MUd sling your opponent. Instead, slam them solely with truth...There's enough of that to bury some of these guys for a life time...

4) Pay , bribe the press to hold ALL personal stories about you. Think about it... Why do you suppose the NY times is such a popular "liberal" Publishment... C'mon folks!! Its New York... Some of the baddest-asses you'll ever meet...run that city...and Wash. The NY & DC press are PAID to write swing...

5) If you are over 45...use Grecian formula.... (AFterall, fake is as fake does...)

Disagree on Santorum, does not affect why Romney will win, agree with your stated reasons.

Santorum has come out as staunchly anti-abortion, and relayed a personal story to the effect.

Santorum has specifically stated that he would like to re-employ, "Don't ask, don't tell."

Santorum has specifically opposed gay marriage.

Santorum has brought up his faith...any number of times.

Santorum has defined his terms, specifically with respect to the difference between Social Security Disability and SSI and why he believes the former should continue and the latter should not.

Santorum has specifically stated that America will not get anywhere Economically, Socially, Civilly or any other Adverb without a return to core family values, in which he specifically defined a family as a married man and woman.

In short, Santorum wears extreme social conservatism on his sleeve, and proudly. That's why I like him personally, disagree with almost everything he says, but at least he's got a big enough set of gonads to say what he believes and be unwilling to relent.

I mean, he compared GAY MARRIAGE to POLYGAMY while speaking to COLLEGE STUDENTS, had to know that wasn't going to be popular...

Urinalysis is correct Dog. Commentary and dissent have combined to form dysentery. The political "debates" have devolved into platitudes and mudslinging. Romney has run for various political positions 22 times in his career and LOST 17 of those. Santorum got the snot kicked out of him when he lost his senate seat. Gingrich has the personality of a festering pustule. Ron Paul would like the United States to put its collective head in the sand. They all want to repeal Obamacare but offer no alternative solution. These are our prestigious choices for the GOP. Or re-elect somebody who STILL hasn't run a large business or government body in his life....

The solution to winning is easy. Simply speak in platitudes and promise what you have no ability to accomplish once you are elected. Lie through your a$$ about everything and when you get elected blame everyone else for everything that goes wrong.

It's working now. :x

I think Richard Pryor coined the real secret
to winning an election "Money talks and Bullsh#t
walks"
