We played for about 800+ people last night for 12 hundred bucks. The fire marshal closed the place down at 1:30. I think it was suppose to be 600 max.

Believe it or not, I was offered to replace a guitarist for a gig last night but I just picked up the guitar again after 4 months due to my accident and did'nt have the confidence nor time to learn and perform all their tunes in time for a successful show. Could've made some serous $$ though!

We did. $200 a person.

Pictures and such forthcoming...

I continue to love playing in this band...

Damn! now you've peaked my interest. What the hell am I doing as an amature? I can't even spell it now. It would be rude to ask what the average for nightclub work gets per member- take home. I could be interested. but not for $80 a night after expenses.

What are the statistic of DWI arrests after the show. That is a very diversified line-up. One like I'd like to see. Hit me with your Best shot has good guitar lead, and of coarse, Pat's Billy goat voice that's almost a giggle. how'd you guys pull that off as a cover?

Was my weekend to work the hospital, but I came down with an awful sickness.
So dizzy and nauseated my wife had to help me to walk to the bathroom.
Spent most of the night either on the pot or trying rest in the tub.
Nausea is gone but my back hips knees feet hell even my hands hurt so bad from the toxins I can barely stand it .

Glad some of you guys got out last night.
I'd have to feel better to die. :(

When we do that song we always call a couple of girls up on stage to sing and wing it. Works everytime and its always fun with the crowd. One time we had 12 girls singin' this into one mic.

No pay for me this year.

Some friends of mine were playing at the San Diego Auto Show for the Porsche Club of America. They were kind enough to invite an old washed-up, has-been guitarist (me) to sit in for a few. The Blues Doctors band did all the work and made all the cash. All I had to do was show up and throw in a few tasty licks and solos here and there. A pretty easy gig when you have a good band laying down the groove.
