The way I understand it is Jesus was the perfect man. He was God in the flesh. He would probably turn the other cheek and take the nativity scene down.
Us Texans ain't all that perfect as you are constantly reminding me Jimmy! As an imperfect Texan I believe there is an old saying that applies here "SHOOT'EM AND LET GOD SORT'EM OUT"

Can I get an Amen?

What we need are hovering Nativity Scenes that can float over city hall, that way they won't be on public property.

Here lies the problem of these type of Atheists:
They aren't really Atheists, they are AntiTheists, an Atheist has made up their mind there isn't a god, there isn't religion, therefore there would be no reasons to be offended by Theistic decorations . . . they don't exist.

By actually being offended, they admit there is a god and there is religion.

Extremists of any flavor are not good. Atheists are just as f*cked up as the religious, because they purport knowing the truth, and of course none of us do.

The tax payers in the town should decide if they want a Nativity on public property by voting; why isn't this an option?

Why is it such a big f**k ing deal? What kind of pussies get so offended over something like a baby in a manor and three wise guys... ?

I say lets err on the generous side and let folks have their nativity scene, just as much as folks want their Santa Clause, their minora, or their Geico caveman posters...

Honestly... American's are Soooooooooo f**k -ing petty sometimes...

Three wise guys? I think you're thinking of New Jersey, not Texas.

Seriously, the problem is if you let one religion put up their stuff you have to allow every religion equal access. This could get quite messy, so it's just easier to say none are allowed.

Jesus would grow to about the size of Godzilla and start flame blasting the whole area. Jets and Helicopters would be brought in to fire upon HIM, but with a waive of his hand they would all crash into the soil and explode.

Then he would animate the nativity scene and they would all attack the liberals, sparing no one.

PS: God pulling ahead in the 4th quarter for a dominating win over the Liberals, 155 to 39.. God went 3 for 4 from the line, shooting 79% from beyond the arc, etc. Naturally he got MVP..

lol

So no liberals are religious? Even more ridiculous than usual Scott. Sure, many liberals are non-religious, but the two groups are not mutually exclusive. Just as there are plenty of conservatives who are not religious. Sweeping generalizations are almost always wrong.

It's levity, Jimmy..

In logic they teach you that any statement that includes ALL or NONE is usually incorrect as sweeping generalizations are almost never accurate.

Sorry to mislead..any now back to your regular programming..lol
