i don't know how, but my profile is apparently listed as a band and i am a solo artist, how can i change this?

hire a few more musicians and you'll be a band?
j.k. perhaps email BandMix and ask them if they have a solo-artist option?

Theres a description area that you can put notes in.
I would just do a quick bio there of what you do and what your goals are.

well the issue is i emailed them why i couldn't post what instruments i play, they said i was a band profile, that's why. well everyone else can post their instruments, meaning they are not a band profile
