Figured I would look for a band now that I have this new bass rig, but there aren't any I can see...not even bad bands. Searched BM and CL. Are there any other resources around?

I should start a business where I donate vocal chords to nice people. I can put rufies in some arrogant assholes drink, cut out his vocal chords, and sell them to the medical community to give to virgin fat kids who play video games.

You can't expect to quit a band, buy some gear and poof you're in another band. Anything good takes a lot of time and effort.

I got the equipment mainly so I would be ready to try out. I have the guitar gear, but needed the bass gear. I could/should have tried out for one band that has done three national tours now. My fault for not acting on it. At least I'll be ready to fill a role when duty calls.
