Now that Halloween is nearly here are there any famous musicians/bands that give you the creeps? My wife and I were watching TV a while ago (Letterman or Leno I forget which) and Lady Gaga was a guest and we both thought she was creepy. Prince is another that gives me the creeps. I always thought the music videos of Hall and Oates were creepy. Last year I saw Antony and the Johnsons on TV and thought Antony was REALLY creepy. Any thoughts?

I like Lada GaGa! I think she's so NOT creepy! I watched her special on HBO and while I was watching I was thinking, "How much of this is pre-recorded backing tracks?" But then at the end of the special they show her and three other women backstage, black-and-white film, and they are singing - no instruments, no microphones, just her singing with her backup singers, and she ROCKS! She has an amazing voice!
So I don't care what she's doing production-wise for the show. Girl can sing. Flat out sing.
Anyway: bands that give me the creeps:
1) Rolling Stones. Besides hating them with a purple passion, Jagger and Richards just give me the heebie-jeebies when I look at them.
2) Slipknot (c'mon, you saw that coming!)
3) Boy George
4) George Michael
5) Marilyn Manson
I'm sure there are others, but those are the ones that come immediately to mind.

The Cramps are creepy. Those weirdo leather pants make me want to walk quietly in the other direction.
Slipknot has always been creepy. Those masks are fugly.
Fear Factory was creepy when I saw them at Ozzfest as well..

Marilyn Manson, is number one on my list.
But oddly I love that song Beautiful People, I just love the rythym and the lyrics, not necessarily what it says, but the way the melodys work. Everytime I hear it I crank it up, but I dont think I would want to hang out with him! LOL!

I use to love to listen to Guns n' Roses, there music is
not creepy, but it's so angry and mean that I quit listening
to them.

Yes and the Creeps are crampy.
We've covered The Cramps for years, we do "Bop Pills" and "Tear It Up", but tomorrow we're doing "All Women Are Bad" for the first time. I also love "Bikini Girls With Machine Guns".

I think there is a fine line between creepy and a freak.
Ozzy = freak
Meatloaf = Creepy
Rob Zombie = freak
Johnny Winter = Creepy

Her ? Are you sure ?
Too damn many to list Bob.
I understand " showmanship " but do you really have to look like a total freaking idiot ??
If I
HAVE to pick one, it would be Boy whats it's name.

No particular band gives me the creeps per se but I confess to being just a bit creeped out when I heard Slayer on the radio recently playing their wonderful little ditty called "God Hates Everyone."

None of the bands listed so far really gives me the creeps.
Johnny Rebel probably is someone who creeps me out. But, he makes me laugh too. Come to think of it, the more creepy and appalling they are the more I find them hilarious.
