Why Not let socialism reign in the household first? If you clear 100K annually and you have four family members (Including self) Then, under socialism, you should distribute 25K to each member. Ideally, you wont tell them how to spend theirs, (save that they must pitch it back in the bills, equally) They wont have a need to work. But if they decide to work, then by all means, they need to distribute what they earn equally to the other members.
This will actually work quite well, until somebody in the family decides that its time to exercise some freedom and buys a 60 thousand dollar sweater.,... Whoops! WWIII fAMILY NIGHT ON MONDAYS....
