My father in law is in from Alaska and was telling me about his guitar. he brought it in today and opened the case! This is the most beautiful guitar I have ever seen! I picked it up and it plays so SMOOTH like an electric. It is a Morgan Monroe any of you guys heard of these? This thing has better tone than most Taylors I have heard!

A guy showed up at my office a couple of years ago with a brand new Cort, I dont know the model, but at that time I was doing acoustic gigs with my old washburn, that Cort played like butter compared to the Washburn and the electronics were way better.

If you can find a cheap used one check out a Cort, I was shocked how it felt cause I had been thinking Martins and Taylors, but I only gave around 400 for that Cort and it has been worth every penny.

Course most of my playing is electric, but its nice to have an acoustic around for those weak moments or when I want to strengthen my fingers back up for a gig!

Hey folks,

My wife is the most AWESOME person and best friend I have EVER met!
While she was raised by the BEST human beings on earth!

She was a Lovechild of the 60's Her parents were So young! OMG! In a situation like that there Is no WRONG OR RIGHT!

Her parents were mere teenagers when they met in 1966 in Germany her dad was on his way to Vietnam!
I don't know what he saw but I know I welcome him into our home! I hope of ALL hopes that he and his MOST BEAUTIFUL Daughter can make right the things they have missed in life because IMO there is not much time!

As I write this I see history repeating itself as my own beautiful daughter is in the SAME situation! We will see how it all turns out?

I've heard of Morgan Monroe resonators/dobros, but I wasn't aware that they also made regular acoustic guitars. The resonators sound pretty good, so I'd say the regular acoustics have a good sound to them too.
