I saw this girl today hokking leugies out the window while she was
driving down the road and there is something very wrong about that.
I mean a guy you half expect it from but a girl just looks WRONG doing that.[/b]

Was she on the passenger side, and if so was the driver a guy, smiling a lot?

She was driving down the road by herself in a Buick. She was no
novice either because she got a good 15' to 18' each time.

I tend to think that more women would but the fear of someone they know

Thanks edge, I have recorded many times in a professional situation
and have learned the value of useing pros. Nothing can replace
real talent. I have also recorded in a situation where machines were
used to make up for talent. You get what you pay for in my opinion.
It is also my opinion that when recording a song you should search
for the talent you need for that particular song. Write the song, hear
the song, find the musicians, make the deals, record them professionally.
This will make your songs unique and individual. The diversity of sound is
only limited to the availability of local talent. One thing you do need is the
ability to hear your song in a close to finished version in your head so you can make
definite decisions along the way. Sometimes the player will come up with
an idea that is better than yours and flexability is needed on your part.
Finding the right players, arranging time and being decisive or basicly
produceing besides writing and in my case singing is what it takes.

Many people that write insist that they play on the recording. They
believe that no one else could interpret the song better. This can be a
big mistake. Of course it has to be a well written song to begin with
or all this work and money spent would be for nothing.

My songs in my opinion are good demo quality only. Still, a lot of work
went into them.

Hey Klug, maybe it was just a good old southern girl with a good piece of chawing tobackie. She won't have any teeth in 30 years, but hell, I bet she leaves a trail of broken hearts. OR. She just had a bad cold and and didn't want to swallow. OR. She was just practicing to be a major league coach.

As Jim Croce said it best,,,, you don't spit into the wind!
