Dang, listening to your songs I LOVE THEM! Dude you have a very unique tonal quality to your voice that fits your music! You would fit like a glove in TEXAS. We LOVE music just LIKE THIS!
You just need the RIGHT PERSON to hear you with a band that can play your arrangements like you have them recorded! Good luck you deserve to make it bro! :D

You are gonna laugh at this but the music you play, down here we call it TEXAS MUSIC!
If you want to know what the scene is like down here, go to houstonbands.net or craigslist.houston.com if you go to either of those sites don't be discouraged by the whippersnappers on there trash talkin. Theres a ton of places that cater to the country music scene heck we're playing one this Saturday and we are a variety rock band missionimposter.net

Well thats encouraging for sure. I always liked Texas the few times i passed thru and i'd love to play there if they'd have me. I'll check out the sights you suggest. I'll be cutting some more tracks in Nashville in a bit and i'm really on the hunt for a serious lady singer/writer/player looking to team up. (wife says its ok long as i remember where home is) lol

Its good when your spouse is supportive! I am very lucky in that my wife is behind me 100%. She was our live sound engineer in my old band. She has a heck of a good ear. Hell she's even bounced some unruly's at gigs before

Well, Thats 2 votes for Texas! ...and the weather is good there in the winter. I'm up here in New Brunswick Canada/Eastport Maine. Gettin' cold by the day.
J-Haley i'll take that "definition of a good song"quote to the head. Have to look up the writer. Good line.
Thanks again

Just started to work on this new tune tonight. quick vocal, no bridge written yet, no high harmonies yet. Love the lyric and message.

Can't wait to shoot the video as i have a lot of ideas for it. I mostly "see" songs when i write. I know many of us as a Nation feel misunderstood sometimes, as to who speaks for us...
I am trying to write what i know most of us would like to tell the world and each other what we believe in.
All any of us ever really want to do is just let live and be free
Living our days, and loving our nights
raising some family
up on the mountain
or down by the sea
people everywhere all around the world
just want to be free
