Please send your prayers for the young woman who I saw get hit by a truck this morning. Hopefully she will live, I haven't been able to find a story online yet.

Will do!

I would like to say one thing. Jimmy I don't agree (politically) with you at All! We have been known to get under one anothers skin from time to time! That don't make you or me bad people. We just happen to believe differently about some things! Thats the beatiful thing about this great nation Folks can still disagree and get along. In the past I have been known to over re-act about things on this site. I had to take a break from here for awhile and take an emotional enventory. This IS my first expereince with talking to folks in such an impersonal way. When It comes to music however we see pretty much eye to eye! At least we have that in common LOL!

Sorry you had to see such a traumatic event. I tell my kids how cruel this universe is EVERYDAY! Heck the sun could supernova and the rest of the universe would never EVER EVEN KNOW WE EXISTED! IMO we as human beings tend to forget how really insignificant our existence really is. We live our lives in our own personal vision of reality! Seeing something like what you have just seen brings us back to reality quickly!

So true J. To see a young woman mowed down like that was shocking, but unfortunately I've seen a lot of shocking things in my years of driving. Be careful out there!

Prayers sent. I'm a believer that we've already been visited by intelligent aliens countless times before.

My Prayers Too. I've seen some horrid things on earth and it never gets easier. I hope that woman, (and all victims of such tragedy) , recover swiftly.

Well maybe your prayers worked! She is in critical condition but alive. The driver is under arrest, he never should have been driving. Why do the innocent pay? http://www.clickondetroit.com/news/29355116/detail.html

I'll take competent doctors over praying for divine intervention any day.

Mike ...

From the perspective of being an RN for 15 + years.

A competent physician is divine intervention.
