A STRETCH FOR ME

I rough recorded this song without music. It is a new
genre I've been working with. Standards. Feel free to download
and add music if you want. I cant promise the timing is correct.
You would have to feel your way through it like I did.

Anyway, let me know what you think. Am I somewhere I
shouldn't be?

I love your voice ... yeah you could be a crooner IMO.

I'd not be able to do anything musically with that myself as it does not " speak to me " in a sense.

Actually, Johnny Mathis did it before Willy.
I like this au capela format. I may try another
before long.[/b]

Great Voice Klugmo! Really great.
If you are experimenting with this song... I got to thinking...you were just up in Alaska, weren't you? What I got was a feeling of those narrow channels between two icy mountains, and a midnight blue, clear cold night. Now, if you could grab a 1930's Victrola sound (with touch of cavernous/water echo) to accompany the melody, what a great piece that would be...

I am experimenting with the genre not the song. What I need is a classicly trained pianist and violin player. A classic guitarist would be nice too.[/b]

I prefer the original versions from the Big Band era.
Johnny Mathis was probably the most perfect singer
I've ever heard. Just listen to this Live performance
he did for Carson. Every note, every syllable perfect
and timing second to none.
