Frustrating

I've contacted several local bands that are looking for drummers and most of them reply "We have a drummer already".

Then why don't they remove the "Want or Requesting musicians" from their account.

Is there a way a moderator could check with each bands request to see if they are still in need of a musician and if not then remove the want or request from them?

It sucks to be sure... Best I couls tell ya is keep knocking on their doors... In fact, if you bug the sh*t out of them every day (even after they have told you) , they will get tired of it take down the ads...

Really if they are that careless and inefficient I would not care to play for / with them anyway.

Move along, move along ...

I wish you lived in Atlanta. the next time a drummer walks into my rehearsal studio I'm lockin' the door and swallowing the key.

You'll find lots of folks don't even bother to call back when you contact them.
