I made it all the way to the end of the video. Very good and not one dark note. You have skills...but you already knew that.

Honestly it's not that interesting sounding to me. It sounds like typical contemporary music. You say set a band... so is the piano to be the main instrument? I guess it's just not my cup..... But then I’ve only really appreciated a few artists that do that sort of thing, Elton John and Billy Joels early music come to mind. Both relied on great vocals and songwriting to really make it work.
But I wish you luck in your endeavors.
