I could listen to you and drink beer all day long.
As long as there was not a
good rock band around for me to gravitate to.

Sounds great Klugmo. I vote one of the best bands on bandmix. JMHO
This track sounds like it is wound pretty tight. Is it pitch shifted or just not EQed/mastered yet?

This is a song I wrote a few years ago when I learned to force
myself to go to uncomfortable places when writing. That is something I preach
all the time here. It's just in demo quality form and this is what I would submit to publishers.
I am not totally happy with the vocals. There were some spots where I
forced it and sounded awkward. In general it's a nice little song. There are others that I will post over time.[/b]

Glen, With my tongue tied behind my back I could sing those songs.
They are very well written, just need some excitment brought to them
especially 'Two Hearts".
I will be retiring in a year or so and at that time besides doing a lot of
fishing at Smith Mountain Lake. I plan on visiting some of my BM
friends here and sing/record there songs for personal satisfaction.
I'm serious. Yours would be on that list.[/b]

You tell me what you want and I'll put them together ANY WAY YOU WANT!
Just tell me tempo ,key, instrumentation. I bet you really could knock the socks off them.
You think about, in the meantime download them so I can put up my R&R crap.
You have enough good music start pushing an album. Just have to figure a way around Nashvillain.
Thanks Klug.

Great Job!
I like your voice, I like Hey Bartender the most on your player. I love the steel guitar on the intro, and Im not a country person by any means, but I do appreciate good solid songwriting, arrangements, and vocals.
I have no advice to you at all other than some of your stuff should be playing on the radio.
Once again it all sounds great to me!

I listened to your stuff again but this time I was in critique mode. I'm sorry but I just couldn't find anything I didn't like. I do have a question, is that your own band backing you up? That's about as tight as you can get. I'm with JW, Hey Bartender is your best work. I'm sure this isn't what the sharks in here want to hear so at the risk of being seen as just another back patter well I'll be brutally honest here and say....Your avatar sucks!

Now wait a minute. I read you guys ripping people in a nice and not nice way
all the time when reviewing a song. Hell I do it myself. I know there are negative
comments out there and I want to here them. I am the only one who has said
anything negative about my music so far. Doesn't that seem odd..
Come on Jimmy. What's up wid dat.[/b]

Well, there's nothing really negative anyone can say. It's a great recording, nice mix, awesome guitar work, yes, the band is tight, you have a great voice, obviously you're a professional.
The only thing I can say is it's too nice. You don't really come across as a guy who's hurt about his lost love. You sound like you're singing for the Las Vegas "entertain me" crowd, but then the Jimmy Buffet crowd would love you as well. How's that? That's as negative as I can get. And that's not really negative because if you're singing for any of those two, that's a good paying gig!

I'm really not qualified to critique your genre, as I've only ever liked two country artists - Randy Travis and Johnny Cash. But I think your voice is great, I've told you before to move to Nashville and git 'er done!
