something tells me,
jess is having a hard time making the transition from youtube to a paying gig..

In a world where we're fed stuff like Justin Bieber from the big
labels and the Laimstream media the virtuoso performer tends to
go sidelined or unnoticed.Even great performers like Guthrie
Govan,Greg Howe and some of the great jazz players only
get to do small gigs in small club size venues.

Not to be offencive in any way toward Justin incase you or anyone
else happens to be a Justin Bieber fan.

As for Jess getting off youtube and into doing some gigs.She has
and she does!

My hat's off to that little girl, she's got more balls than most adult male guitarists to stand up there and pull off a jazz repotior like that... Gear or no gear she runs circles around most of her peers, That I am certain of. (How did you rate at her age?)
