No that would be 'Huffin' Billy' and we already have a song about huffing gas.

As tempting as the other choices are, the answer is actually D. "Puffin' Billy" was Edward White's composition about a locomotive that was used as the theme for Captain Kangaroo from 1955 until 1974.
