well if they did, the govt would certainly horde it, and most likely
gouge the foo out of it to anyone with money.
Do you have time to stop by Japan?
Are you kidding?
Wait a while..Japan will float over to the West coast and you can walk onto it, at the rate this world is going.
Any noticeable headway in putting the infrastructure back together ??
Sadly, the areas I visit look almost exactly as they did > a year ago.
The roads might have a little less rubble..
It's really quite a hopeless looking situation there.
I honestly don't know how that nation will EVER become.. "normal"

It probably as I suspected. Most all forms of income snarfed by the wealthy while the poor continue to starve.
