Anyone read this article?

http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2011/04/ ... gmentTitle

Sad to say that there were people getting paid by Docx to sign and notarize phoney documents. What's hilarious, no sad, in fact, is they have the nerve to say "they said it was all right." Really? If a company tells you they're paying you $10 an hour to sign someone else's name to documents, you don't get any kind of inkling that you're doing something illegal?

Geez.

I knooooow Glen, but sometimes I think I've become too jaded, too sarcastic, just dragging our corporate structure and politicians through the dirt and dammit, they go and prove me right. But when you get confronted by utter stupidity with people pretty much laughing, "yeah, I signed a fake name to documents." It just blows me. I'm a notary and I make people I know show me their driver's license. I refuse to notarize docs when some of my bosses told me they signed, I make them sign it again in front of me.

But what's bothering me more is I have a friend who BofA swears they took out a second mortgage, and they didn't. And mysteriously, the bank claims they don't have the paperwork. They're going to see this article and flip.
