Do any of you have a stage name, or a musician's alias that you go by?

I was thinking about coming up with an alias, but everything that comes to mind just doesen't click. The last one I came up with was too funny, and too corny. It was Arson Wells.

How about Kruliosis? I was thinking about Jimmy Danger for me. Oh wait I've been using that for 10 years.

I've been going back and forth in my head about using Kruliosis. Been needing some opinions on this. I'm glad I got a thumbs up so far. Thanks Danger! :D

Kruliosis sounds fine, Krull for short.

I've used Mike Nobody for TWENTY YEARS. But, I'm thinking of adding middle names for various side & solo projects (aka Mike Damn Nobody). Even Bootsy Collins has Bootzilla, Zillatron, etc.

Canadian punk legend Rob Wright (NoMeansNo) was the one who suggested I keep the moniker. So, it stuck.

I tried "Lance Thrustman" once, but it sounded too much like a porn star...

Either one really. It's correctly pronounced like Krull the movie, of course, my last name just has one L. But when it's used in conversation, it usually comes out as cruel, as in Don't Be. :D

The boyz refer to me as "Masta" from my gung fu back ground.

We each have a "nick name" more in jest and just for the fun of it.

Eric our bassist kinda of reminded my wife and I of one of the Muppet characters from ELECTRIC MAYHEM .

We took to calling him "Floyd" and it stuck like glue. LOL

Sometimes we call him "Floyd Wilson" after Mr Wilson on the old TOOL TIME sitcom. Seems most all his pictures he is in half his face is hidden.

Music is such a serious undertaking, keeping a band up and all.
A little foolishness is good for the soul. 8)

At one time when I first moved to KC from New Jersey I was known as Jersey Bob. My old guitar player from New Jersey is Jersey Bill Miller. Then about five or six years ago people started calling me the fisherman and then fisherman bob. One of the Bandmix forum guys called me fishbob. I used to have that on my license plate. I don't really care what I'm called as long as I am called to work enough to feed my family...

There used to be a guitarist/singer in KC named Billy Danger. He passed away a while back. I auditioned (and vice-versa) with him. One of the weirdest people I ever met. He was probably in his late 40's at the time (1990). I hope he wasn't related to you...
