Now that's a policy worthy of today's brand of capitalism.
I'm not anti-capitalism just anti- predatory capitalism which has replaced general speaking the good ol time capitalism.

The vast majority of capitalists are honorable people. It's the minority who rip people off that make capitalism a bad word. ALL of the people who practice Communism do so at the point of a gun, because the vast majority of people under the Communist system have zero incentive to better themselves and ironically there's almost always a significant black market economy in Communist countries, so capitalism is eventually practiced there anyway...
