I thought 12/21/12 will be our last day alive on Earth. At least that's what the Mayan calendar predicts. I'm going to live like we're not going to die. Remember y2k? It'll be similar circumstances. Fu*k the Mayan.

It could be the end of life as WE know it.

ANY day could be the end of life as we know it. Just because the Earth is halfway through its galactic orbit doesn't mean squat. There's no scientific evidence its going to have ANY dramatic effect on this planet. Even if it does SO WHAT. Are we really that important in the gigantic scheme of the Universe? We are pretty insignificant, a speck within a speck within a speck within a speck... I'm going to enjoy my speck (God willing) right on through 12-21-12. Like I say, fu*k the Mayan...

If the Mayans were so smart why couldn't they predict their own demise?

They did - they abandoned their cities for no apparent good reason and were assimilated.

When you hear a huge explosion and your lights go out from the intensity of the rumbling, then you'll know it's going down. Until then...enjoy. There is no set date for the end of this earth age.
