I quit playing guitar out of the typical frustrations back in 1988 and 89 my wife at the time had a co-worker that owned a bar in Laporte Tx. called the Ranger we went there and my best friend at the time whom I MISS alot ya hear me JIMI talked me into getting up on the stage with this absolutly WONDERFUL human being! So to make a long story short and I know its too late for that this guy is why I play guitar and music NOW

George - LaPorte is right outside Pasadena, right next to Texas City I think. Fished there lots of times, LaPorte and Seabrook. Hmmm...That's where I hooked seagull one day in fact. They were diving at our baits, trying to catch them in midair, (shrimp) and one got my treble hook in his wing. Lemme tell ya, seagulls are not fun to tangle with when they get pissed...
