You can always right an additional check to the treasury department if you feel guilty of being successful. OR you could be like all the successful people that would rather give back of their own free will, instead of under penalty of law.
Bill Gates, Randolf, even as far back as Carnegie. Randolf BORROWED TO SUPPORT HIS CHARITIES, Carnegie because he realized he screwed the very people that made him wealthy.

The major word here is FREE WILL.

Our government will be much better when people come to understand one basic principle. It is much better to make one dollar off of one million customers,,, Than to try and make one million dollars off of one customer.

This is basic free market sense that allows all us of to own costly products at an affordable price.
