Best man-made drug ever, imho.
Works for me, Zip. I've done it myself!

Yeah, I've had it. I really prefer valiums, though. They really help when my back gets all floopy.

Yep, originally designed to be a muscle relaxer

Really? I thought it was designed as a low-level tranquilizer, cuz that's what they used it for all through the late 60's & early 70's.

I think it's fine to post under any influence...as long as you're prepared to apologize later!
(Lord knows I've done it enough-

Both those medications have seriously ugly withdrawal symptoms.
Just had to say.

Which is exactly why I'm so careful about my meds!
You know how I feel about getting hooked, sans!

Yeah, xanax is scary. I've withdrawn from that. Short shelf life so it drops out real quick.
Not fun.
Shrink still doles out valium for the occasional bad panic attack.

I'd rather have a bottle in front of me (than a frontal lobotomy)

Occasionally the following side effects may occur. Nausea -diarrhea -sleeplessness-irritability- suicidal tendencies or uncontrolled flatulence combined with a desire to eat your children.
If you, or anyone you know has exhibited any of these symptoms or tried to eat their children or have eaten their children, contact your doctor immediately.

I carry a bottle of Xanax with me at all times. Luckily my Cymbalta has kept my GAD under wraps, but I just like to keep some just in case. When my mom was alive she'd come and clean me out. Now my friends, try and clean me out, but I think I've gotten rid of most of my neurotic friends.
Part of my psychosis includes a fear of medication, so they usually expire and I just go to the doctor and get more.
Just be careful with those things, you really shouldn't mix them with booze. I get .25's so 4 isn't a lot, but if they're .5 or 1's then you could get pretty messed up.
