...was lost 35 years ago today on the great sea Gitche Gumee. If you've never seen Lake Superior I advise it, it's awesome.

If you ever make it J, go on the Pictured Rocks cruise. They look like a mini Grand Canyon with the huge waves of Superior pounding on them.

Thanks a lot, JH! I haven't heard that song in years. I haven't played it in years, either. MAN, that's a lot of words, but I use to do it every week.

I learned that song back in the early 80's cause its always been one of my favs. I still run through it on my acoustic every 6 months or so when I am playing for ME!

This song is in A sus to E minor a very spooky progression and just shows the GENIUS of Gordon Lightfoot! He is one of my abosulte favs!
