Starting out strong. It has some real timing issues. If it was tightened up it would be great. I like the composition. Seriously loose. Seriously tasty. Straight up... 1 it's a good song. 2 The performance is SLOPPY. There are Glaring drum errors.
And yes it needs vox.

OK I was listening and typing. I thought it was over at 3:23. Looked at the vid and saw it was only half done. That's twice as long as it needs to be. Even with vox it needs to be 3:30-ish

I like the fade out.

Redo it with a click track. Shorten it. Write some lyrics for Tracy and send the wav to Craig Via sendspace.com.
This song could be epic. seriously.

I liked it, but have to remark that it needs polishing.

I am kind of surprised you went in that direction musically, but not a complaint overall.
